Today, we would like to talk to you about

our Chef-Barman and his specialties: his
cocktails…

Nader. A man who travelled the world
to finally come back to Paris with lights
and dreams! Once a diving instructor in
the Caribbean, he arrived in New York
and became the director of the famous
restaurant Pierre. Then, he went to China
in order to be in charge of the opening of
the Royal Méridien Bar in Shanghai. Nader
is not a Barman because of his background
but because of his passion! You can really
feel that when you’re enjoying one of his
creations! Everything is sweetness and
composure!
Among his house cocktails, there are two that
are impossible to avoid on the menu of the
restaurant Le Huit! Let’s start with the White
Shadow: one Tanqueray Ten gin, triple dry
Mezcal, home-made agave with pepper from
Penja syrup, Burlesque Bitter, and lime; a
Margarita reviewed and imagined by Nader,
at the Metro!
