The Table du Huit of the hotel La Maison Champs Elysées offers you brunch from 12am to 15pm on every Sunday.
Designed by Maison Martin Margiela, the classical décor generates an elegant and relaxing environment.
Served in elegant surroundings, you will enjoy the brunch buffet offered for 48 euros. A real banquet!
Plan your perfect feast! Surrender to the temptation of the buffet created by Chef Benoit Hilaire and his team. Savour a variety of flavours included in his chilled creations and also many hot dishes which are a true homage to meat and fish, and finally a choice of sweet surprises to end the week in sweetness.
A welcome cocktail will be offered with the Chef’s soup.
Savoury flavours: salad of ancient tomatoes with feta, purple cauliflower and lamb’s lettuce, quinoa in taboulé, salad of Puy lentils and salad of Dublin Bay prawns, Corsican and Spanish cold cuts and refined cheeses: St Maure, Camembert fermier, Morbier, Blue Stilton sushi and maki, white pearls oysters N°3.
Hot dishes: chicken curry and rice sauté, roasted cod with small seasonal legumes stewed or in citronnelle broth, choice of Organic eggs – cooked to your taste, served with cold cuts, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs à la coque or omelette, and 8 house-style eggs.
Sweet flavours: cream cheese served to your taste, with fruit, mixed berries, crumble, chocolate, small glasses of chocolate mousse, milk rice, lemon cream and meringue, fresh cut fruit, crepes, cereals, jams by Carla
Some viennoiseries are also offered, such as pains au chocolat, croissants, pains with raisins, apple dumplings, pancakes and cakes. And then fruit juices such as freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices, Granny smith and 8 Framboise Rhubarde nectars. Hot drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices will be offered on request.
